On my last visit (a sunny midweek lunchtime 09/24) A friendly waitress served us in the gargen to the rear. The food was excellent and its a lovely quiet spot where you can enjoy the church bells. Popped into "zum Grünen Baum" on a Wednesday evening. Seats were available and we were served quickly and efficiently by the single waitress and I enjoyed my "Käse Spätzle" and "Kaiserschmarren".

Sehr lecker! The Spätzle were delicious! We found the staff helpful, and enjoyed sitting outside in the garden.
Beergarden with regular acoustic entertainment from the nearby church bells + nice dining . German food with added sophistication . Compliments to the kitchen !
Great food but the duck and goose are something else. What a pleasant surprise!
Wasn't actually at this restaurant at all but rather at the Farmer's market outside on the square which takes place every Friday afternoon, highly recommended it.
Besuch zu zweit an einem Dienstag-Abend. Sehr persönlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Speisekarte enthält eher bis gänzlich typisch süddeutsche Gerichte - ein Check, ob's beliebt, sollte vor Besuch des Restaurants stattfinden. Die bestellten Speisen kamen jedoch schnell und waren äußerst lecker. Zudem das getestete Zwickelbier war sehr lecker. Da der Gastraum ein einziger großer Raum ist, ist das Ambiente meinen Empfinden nach nicht so angenehm, wie es in anderen, gemütlichen, urigen Restaurants ist - vielleicht könnten einige raumtrennende Elemente dies noch verbessern.
Wir waren seit längerem mal wieder hier und haben die längere Pause spätestens beim Anblick des leckeren Essens bereut. Angeblich läuft der Vertrag in Kürze aus, das Objekt ist bereits inseriert worden. Sollte das stimmen, würden wir es sehr bedauern, dieses Lokal künftig nicht mehr besuchen zu können.
Auf der Heimreise am Valentinstag von der B 1 abgefahren und die besten sauren Nieren ever hier gegessen. Werden wir sehr gern weiter empfehlen. Danke schön!!!
Schönes Familienrestaurant im historischen Zentrum von Wannsee, das wir gerne besuchen. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen lockt der Aussenbereich. Für die Kinder ist der Kaiserschmarren immer ein Renner. Sehr freundliche Servicekraefte, denen man Verstärkung wünscht. Parken problemlos. Das relativ kleine aber schöne Restaurant ist für mich sehr viel stimmungsvoller, wenn nicht gerade eine Geburtstagsfeier im Innenbereich stattfindet. Klare Restaurantempfehlung , wenn man kulinarisch auf dem Teppich bleiben will.
Eine schwäbische Küche in Wannsee. An sich nix besonderes, nur eine Wonne zwischen allem sonstigen Einerlei. Man sitzt schön im ruhigen Garten auf gepolsterten Gartenstühlen und ausladenden Schirmen und genießt sein Essen, was prompt kommt und Gute Qualität hat, ausgewogen gewürzt und anständige Preise. Wir hatten Schnitzel und natürlich Maultaschen. Die mit Blutwurst, hatte was tolles. Einziger Nachteil sind die schlechten, echt nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Toiletten. Service wunderbar. Highly recommended!
Piatti deliziosi ed autentici della tradizione berlinese. Molto equilibrati con i contorni. Vino della casa molto buono e da provare assolutamente tra i dolci il Kaiserschmarn. Grazie per l’ottimo e piacevole pranzo. Anche il nostro cane è stato ospite gradito
Ich war schön öfters hier. Ein schönes Restaurant mit sehr guter schwäbischer Küche. Auch diesmal war ich von den Speisen sehr angetan. Das Restaurant war, wie stets, sehr gut besucht. Es war leider nur eine Servicekraft dort. Diese war sehr bemüht, aber leider total überfordert. Ich komme trotzdem wieder.
Ideal für Hochzeiten oder Events. Super Service ,leckeres Essen und tolle Atmosphäre. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Hatte ,das Glück am 30.5.2025 bei einer Hochzeitsfeier hier vor Ort dabei sein zu dürfen .
